The Googlette v the Google Bomb.

My definition on the term "Googlette":- :

The term given to an idiosyncrasy in the Google Search Engine that results in strange and apparently bizarre results being displayed for any given search term..

However, this was thought to be similar to the term Google Bomb by some, so it has been re-defined as:-

The term given to an idiosyncrasy in the Google Search Engine algorithm / rule set that results in strange and apparently bizarre results being displayed for any given search term..

As for the Google bomb, the definition I would use here is:-

The term given to a deliberate attempt to cause the Google Search Engine to display bizarre results for a given search term, this attempt requiring the assistance of a large body of like minded internet users.
