Google Remove the Supplemental Tag in Index Results

Google have recently announced that they will no longer place the term "Supplemental" by the listings of pages when displaying results for site://www.mysite,com search (this is the serach term used by people wanting to know how a site was regarded by Google).

The term was being used to show that Google thought that the page was of little interest and that it was thus unlikely to be delivered in any "real" search. It was thus really useful to SEO types and to any website owner.

Now however it has gone which makes it very difficult to "know" what Google thinks of any site. There are a couple of ways that can be used to get an idea, but nothing as easy as the now discontinued Supplemental Tag.

Not a good move Google, I'm afraid...
