The simple answer is no. In 7 years in the SEO business I have never seen or heard of a confirmed case where using PPC listings have directly affected anyones organic listings on any engine.

Once you KNOW which keywords work and which ones don't you can tune your site to capture those, and "Bobs Your Uncle" your site is more effective.
